Fitz Guest House is a charming Victorian guest house situated in the heart of the Lake District, a 10-minute walk from Keswick's famous Theatre by the Lake.
Fitz Guest House is just metres from Fitz Park and the River Derwent. A Continental breakfast including cereals, croissants, toast, home made jam, hot drinks and juices is available on request, at an extra fee. The room at Fitz Guest House is traditionally furnished and benefits from a flat-screen TV, a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bassenthwaite Lake can be reached in around 10 minutes' drive. Penrith and Cockermouth are both about a 25-minute drive from the building.

All double and twin rooms have comfortable beds. The King sized beds have cosy memory foam toppers for an extra cosy nights sleep. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower toilet and sink. All rooms have televisions with freeview and tea and coffee making facilities.

Directions
On entering Keswick from the direction of Penrith you will drive along Penrith Road and the river Greta will run along your right hand side. When you see a Cenotaph Memorial at the top of that road turn right down Station Road. The house is on the left hand side just before the bridge and the Youth Hostel.
