With sleek and modern bedrooms and located in the centre of Keswick, Rooms36 is just a 10-minute walk from Keswick Ferry Landing on Derwent Water.
The traditional Lakeland stone townhouse features free Wi-Fi and allows pets on request. All bedrooms at Rooms36 feature a stylish en suite bathroom, a TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. The rooms have a fresh white d�cor and some have views of the surrounding fells. Full English breakfasts are locally sourced and served daily, while the bed and breakfast can also cater for special diets with some prior notice. The property is within two minutes' walk of some of Keswick's finest places to eat, while the surrounding countryside is dotted with traditional inns. Parking is possible outside the property and is free overnight. Guests will be within a 10-minute drive of picturesque Borrowdale and 20 minutes' drive from the trails leading up to Skafell Pike, England's tallest mountain.

From the M6 Junction 40 Penrith take the A66 west towards Keswick stay on the A66 until you reach the big roundabout Keswick is signed to the left at the end of this road you turn left again towards Keswick town Centre, as you approach Keswick you will see a mini roundabout turn right towards Borrowdale and the Lake, take the third turning on your right, Heads Road with Howe Keld on the left and Hazeldean on your right, go left into what looks like a dead end and sweep around the corner Rooms36 is the last house on your left for sat nav use CA12 5ES
