We are located in the heart of the beautiful Lake District, Tarn Hows is less than a mile from Derwent Water.

Only recently refurbished, this former Victorian residence still maintains much of its original features. It also includes free Wi-Fi access. With a mountain view, each room at Tarn Hows provides a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The private bathrooms include a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Extras include linen and a fan. Directions
Our guest house is ideally located near to the centre of Keswick yet in a quiet residential area. We have private parking at the rear of the guest house. From A66: Take the first turning in to Keswick and drop down the hill to the T-junction (where you will see plants spelling out KESWICK ). Turn right and head along Penrith Road, past the BP garage and fire station, until you are running parellel with the river and park. Turn left at Greta Street, and continue over two crossroads on to Eskin Street. Tarn Hows in towards the top of Eskin Street on your right
